Polyurethane Foam Jacking

This method of raising concrete can be used to lift sidewalks, stoops, driveways, pool decks, garage floors, patios, factory floors, office floors, streets, and runways. Void filling can also be performed for stabilization and to fill holes caused by animals or soil erosion.

Polyurethane Concrete Lifting uses a 2-part, high-density foam which is injected beneath the slab. The foam expands beneath the surface filling voids and raising the concrete. The material does not lose its density. Polyurethane material is lightweight at approximately 4 pounds per cubic foot.

Benefits

  • Concrete raising is typically 1/2 of replacement costs.

  • Repaired in hours, while it would requires days to remove and replace.

  • Eliminates trip hazards and associated liabilities.

  • Does not damage surrounding landscape.

  • Immediately ready for foot/car traffic.

  • Foam jacking holes are only about 5/8″. The comparison would be a golf ball size hole to that of a dime.

"My front porch was sagging down a few inches, which exposed the plywood of my house! I was so happy to have Atlas come to carefully and completely lift it back up until it was touching the stucco again. They came promptly, cleaned up my front porch, fixed the concrete, and put everything back in its place. Very courteous, efficient workers. I would recommend them to all."
